Su situación tan céntrica ha ayudado a la rápida mejora de la zona gracias a la iniciativa del Ayuntamiento y a la valentía de los jóvenes empresarios que montan sus negocios. Lo que era y en parte aún sigue siendo una zona de prostitución está empezando a dejar de serlo, para aportar por el arte.
